Returns and Refunds Policy

Return window:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Return conditions:
- The watch must be unused and in perfect condition.
- All original tags must be included.
- The original packaging must be included.
- Returns of customized products are not accepted.

Return shipping cost:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Return process:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +52 5659284799 and provide your order number.
2. Wait for our confirmation and the return address.
3. Ship the product back.
4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Final-sale products:
Products marked "final sale" or discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for return.
